Pain and Structure
This course enables you to work effectively on one of the most frequently seen issues – chronic pain. Pain will be addressed by working on body structure and improving posture, using specific pain points, and understanding and working with what emotionally lies underneath the pain.
Working on body structure is super important not just for helping people in pain but also as a tool for helping people connect better to themselves and how they feel. It is an essential mind-body technique.
You learn protocols for addressing the main areas of body structure:
You will learn the 7 primary movements that lie behind all postures and the common emotional patterns associated with chronic pain.
Accessing and working on the body physically is great for clients. They feel tangible results at the end of the session and it helps to align changes in the mind into the body.
