The Little Stick Figures Technique
This fascinating, simple and effective technique was created by Jacques Martel in 1993. It enables us to free ourselves from our dependencies, our fears and our conscious or unconscious attachments. Our subconscious sometimes doesn’t make the difference between real and unconditional love and attachment wich is often a way to control others.
By using this technique, we are able to free these attachments (to people alive or dead, to situation, to emotions, etc.) and to allow ourselves (and others) more freedom, less pressure and greater weel-being. This way we activate positive changes in our lives.
The secret of this very simple technique is that it acts on the conscious as well as on the subconscious. It thus becomes a powerful tool for transformation.
How does it work? We will use paper, pencil(s) (any color or the 7 rainbow/chakras colors) and scissors to change our lives. This exercise doesn’t cut the relationship we have with the person we chose to work on. It doesn’t change the love you have for that person, it just work on the attachment you have. The subconscious remembers much better what it is drawn than our words.
Once learned how to do it on oneself, it becomes really easy to teach it to our clients, or to use it in our sessions.
During this one day class we will go in depth into our difficulties: working on our relationships with people of our daily lives (family, work, friends, etc.) but also with the persons that one day were part of our lives and that maybe have hurt us, etc.
We will also work on situations (professional, financial, etc.), emotions we could have about ourselves (anger, sadness, guilt,…).
